"Look no further. If you are looking for a property with a difference then look no further. We just returned from a weeks stay. 8 adults 6 children and there way plenty of room/space for everyone. Having being bitten once before with photographs I was a little wary but I was so wrong with this property. The pictures are accurate. I have never seen a property so well equipped, from the kitchen to dressing up clothes, towels and toys. The property was well maintained and very clean. We all enjoyed the movie theater. The pool was lovely and warm. The owner was very helpful and always answered questions within a couple of hours. We did have an accident with piece of home decor which we reported immediately to the owner, she was very understand. We will be booking this property again in a couple of years when the two youngest grandchildren are old enough to enjoy Disney. Absolutely amazing place."

"Perfect place for a reunion of sci fi friends. We have stayed in a bunch of Vacation rentals in the Orlando area. This one was simply amazing. Each room is meticulously decorated and furnished with tons of dress up and unique items. There are so many costumes to enjoy. Everyone one in our group loved it so much. I can't imagine how much money the owners have spent to make this house so festive, but it is totally worth it."

"The most amazing house in Orlando. We have stayed in a bunch of Vacation rentals in the Orlando area. This one was simply amazing. Each room is meticulously decorated and furnished with tons of dress up and unique items. There are so many costumes to enjoy. Everyone one in our group loved it so much. I can't imagine how much money the owners have spent to make this house so festive, but it is totally worth it."

"Most Magical Home in Florida!! This is truly the Disney of homes! It is more than just a place to stay, it is a destination. The attention to detail in the decor was superb. All of the awesome costumes were so fun for the kids to dress up in. The property was perfectly clean and equipped. Our family will plan any future trips around the availability of this home because we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you to Jana Lynn for being so friendly and answering all of our questions quickly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, this home made our trip magical!!"

"Even more amazing in real life than in pictures! I don't know where to start with this home! Looking at the pictures I knew this was the place for me. When I got there my jaw dropped... The attention to detail in every room is phenomenal! With every room themed, you feel like a Disney character! Lots of props and dress up items! Even for adults! The pool and hot tub is an awesome bonus! When you pull up and it feels just like home, even the flower beds looked amazing! You also feel very safe when you're inside and at night, thanks to the security system. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend! Great for adults and kids!"

"Great place for family vacation. We enjoyed the stay and had so much fun with the costumes. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we need to cook for our group. The pool was heated at 92F just as the owner said. The house was close to Walmart, Publix, and many dining options. It was conveniently located 10-15 minutes away from Disney World. It took 45 minutes from MCO airport to the house. JanaLynn was great with communication, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property."

"Spectacular Disney Themed House! Three moms and 4 high school graduates stayed in this amazing home for a week. SO many wonderful costumes and accessories that fit fun adults as well as so much for the little kiddos. So close to all Disney properties, restaurants and shopping. The house is just as pictured and all theme rooms are just over the top with quality and detail. JanaLynn was easily accessible as well as handyman who checked in. Overall an excellent experience, wonderful property, easy and efficient check-in and out. Definitely recommend for any group looking for an amazing Disney experience! Thank you JanaLynn!"

"Convenience and Clean. Excellent rental house that you are in awe of as soon as you walk through the doors. The theater and themed rooms were a hit for all ages. Pool was heated perfectly to enjoy even in the cooler December evenings."

"Family Christmas in Florida. The property is amazing. Kitchen has all the gadgets you need to prepare meals. Pool and hot tub are clean and cared for. Big plus that cost of heating them isn't extra.. If you wanted to grill that wasn't an extra cost either. The decor and costumes in the home are like being on a movie set. The movie theater is super cool. Instructions are clear on how to set up for movies or play video games. Meet the neighbors and they were very kind. Night time lighting was a big plus for the yard and pool area since it get dark early in the winter. We could still use the pool and hot tub but most of all the pumpkin carriage in the yard lights up and could get fantastic pictures there. Talked to property owner by text and phone. She was very helpful and pleasant. She answered in reasonable time. We were pleasantly surprised that there were a few Christmas decorations in the home. Was such a nice touch to have around the holidays."

"Best Part of our Trip. This property "wowed" our family and was the highlight of our Disney vacation. The attention to details in theming the rooms and costumes were incredible. We loved that our children, ages 4-15 were able to dress up as princesses, pirates, wizards and any Star Wars you could imagine. The theater was so comfortable and fun for the kids, we absolutely loved the pool and backyard and the kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances and utensils to make cooking for a large family very convenient. The bedrooms were truly gorgeous, with great care going into the details of bringing each story to life. For five days, my moody teenagers were able to just relax and be kids with their young cousins....thanks to being in this fairy tale house!! We just loved it."

"Perfect house for large family going to Disney and Universal. House is unbelievably maintained and was perfectly equipped for our large family gathering of 15 people. Every room in the house is individually themed whether it be Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney Princess or Moana to name a few. It was just as much fun to stay at the house as it was to visit the parks. Swimming pool, theater room, Plat Station 4 etc. There was not a detail missing in the way the house was equipped for our larger group"

"AMAZING home!! Great location!!! This home has it ALL. We had 18 people staying in the home, and we all fit very comfortably. JanaLynn was very easy to work with. We have stayed in many vacation rental homes and this is one of the few where they have thought of everything!! We had a great time, there was toys and games for the kids, and plenty for the adults to do too! We used both the spa and the pool (the evenings were cooler); the pool is heated and was warm enough for everyone to swim in even at night as well, which was really fun at the end of a long day at the parks. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you need for a big family to stay, and the home was VERY clean. The house itself was so charming just to go room by room and enjoy all of the beautiful decor...we loved it!!! It's within a few minutes drive time to Disney World, and about 10-15 minutes from Universal and Sea World. We spent Thanksgiving here and they already had the tree set up for Christmas!!! It was such a magical stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, you won't regret it!!!"

"Disney Done Right! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our two little girls spent endless hours playing dress up with the beautiful outfits. I even had fun dressing up to wake them for breakfast as a Disney Princess. Excellent communication. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending to all of our family friends."

"Wonderful (big) family home and location to Disney! We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and well appointed, the pool was warm, the rooms were AMAZING, there were plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms to accommodate our large party, the home theater was spectacular (thanks for clear instructions), the kids had so much fun dressing up in the costumes and playing with the toys, and you can’t beat the location for the Disney parks and for other necessities (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants). No complaints from us! We would definitely stay here again."

"JanaLynn was very accommodating to my family for a last minute trip to Disney. Her home is beautifully decorated and very clean. You can tell she has put a lot of thought into each area of the home, which my kids absolutely loved. I personally loved the artwork throughout the home, which compliments each themed area. I highly recommend this home to anyone who loves Disney - kids and adults!"

"This is the house that Disney doesn't want you to know about! It's about 10 minutes from Disney, in Orlando, Florida, and is a complete jewel of that will take your Disney experience to a whole new level! It's not a castle, but there are princesses; It's not a spaceship, but there are aliens; not a school, but there are wizards, and it's not a boat, but there are pirates. In fact, we had plans one day, and it's so much, we instead tossed out all our plans to dress up, enjoy the pool a bit... It's so magical: First to the Harry Potter school, then to Star Wars, then for princesses, then to the Pirates of the Caribbean, it's all so magical, all in this one house, there's so much to do! There's costumes from any fairytale, whether it's a princess, witch, villain or monster--it was bad news for me, LOL. Besides the costume for the Prince, and so many for the Princesses, there was only ONE for the Beast. (Yes, Me!). Bring on the bullying, but it was worth it, because it created a completely unforgettable day. In fact, it was so magical, the whole family decided to dress up as Star Wars.....I think this experience is better than that of any in a Disney resort, but come see for yourself!"

"The house had everything we needed- and more- to break up the winter doldrums. It had space to spread out so the kids could work on their assignments, but it also had toys and costumes and immersive theming that made study breaks an absolute joy.
